Items typically arrive 7–14 business days after shipping from our warehouse. See chart below for shipping rates.
Priority Shipping
We offer priority delivery for an additional Priority Shipping fee. See chart below for additional charges.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions qualify for free Standard Shipping and do not apply to Priority Shipping services unless expressly stated. Free Shipping promotions apply only to the first delivery address per order. Order must contain enough qualifying merchandise to reach the threshold the promotion outlines. The qualifying order threshold excludes shipping and taxes and is after promotional discounts are applied. AcneFree reserves the right to change or discontinue promotions at any time.

Free Shipping Restrictions: Free Shipping is available within the continental United States only. Excludes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For shipping costs on international orders, please contact our Customer Service Department at custsvc@universitymedical.com.
Standard Shipping orders are usually delivered 7–14 business days (delivery from the time package leaves our warehouse) after your order is placed. Orders placed in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than 7–14 business days. Please note: AcneFree is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or natural disasters. If you live in an area experiencing severe weather conditions or natural disasters, please add a few extra business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Express Shipping is available for an additional $5 fee and Express Shipping orders are usually delivered 5–7 days after your order is placed.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Military addresses will include a $5 surcharge. Orders shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico will also include a $5 surcharge.
Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Backorders will be charged and shipped when product is available.
