Products purchased on AcneFree.com come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, simply return all products/bottles — even if empty — for a full refund (less shipping + handling).

To properly return your AcneFree item(s), please:
Be sure your package is postmarked 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on your invoice.

• Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.535.0000 to obtain a Return Authorization Number before you return your purchase.

• Complete the Packing Slip included with your order. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number given to you by our Customer Service Representative. Returns cannot be issued without a Packing Slip.

• Package your return items in the original packaging and enclose the completed Packing Slip. In order to ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, be sure your package is postmarked 30 days from the Ship Date indicated on the Packing Slip. Also be sure to include the reason for return.

Important: Refunds can only be issued if all items are returned (even if empty). If your kit included a free gift, it's yours to keep. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase, less shipping + handling.

Shipping Errors + Damages
Please call us immediately at 1.800.535.0000 if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Please be ready to provide us with your name, address and a description of what occurred.

Retail Store Exchanges + Returns
Products purchased through retail stores must be returned to the store where they were purchased. Please note: Retail stores will require you to have the original receipt, box and at least half of the product remaining in each bottle. If you no longer have your receipt, the store should be able to offer you an exchange or store credit, dependant upon the retailer's return policy. Should you need a box, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.535.0000 to request a replacement box.
